October....We are in the middle of fall and reflections about the busy season ahead always make me think... Holidays, baking, brisk air, and falling leaves gives me a sense that change is in the air. Change is good! Without it we wouldn't grow, or get fresh perspective. In Christ, the only way to truly see is to grow. I pray whether leaves are falling around you, or your branches are getting pruned, that your perspective is always higher and brighter! Hold on to the goodness of God as He holds tightily to you!

Happy September to all of you! As I have said before in earlier posts, September is a time to reflect a bit before the New Year actually comes! My reflections have been on one single question? "Have, and am I living a life with a legacy in the living Lord?" That is it! It is a challenge, an encouragement and an admonition to us all to live!! The days have been lazy and I have to say...its been a beachin' summer and its been great with the kids, no schedules, deadlines, or sports games!...Anyway, God is good to give us rest! Soon it is back to the committments of life and schedules. Rejoice in all the seasons of life and sing His praise to theends of the earth!

I hope you all have had a great New Year so far. How are those goals and New Year's resolutions coming along??? My only resolution this year is to stay focused....keeping the main thing the main thing! All the rest follows it seems....I am almost finished with my third album...hope you all are blessed by it.....I am three songs away from finishing it...Bye for now!

Ok, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2008!! Whoa....2008, that sounds weird doesn't it? I can hardly believe we're living in the 21st century! I'm looking forward to an awesome month and I am praying that I can bless others in a special way. This is a very hard time of year for so many....so lets look beyond ourselves in a huge way! Hope you all are having a great summer. I know for me, summer means hanging out big time! No real schedule is a nice change for me and my kids. Lazy mornings and late breakfasts...all in a summer's day. Well, I am almost ready to get back in the studio after taking a break to figure out songs...I think I have em. Hi there! I am working on a new album right now with a talented producer named David Harris. He is very gifted with every aspect of production and vision. I am working slowly but thoroughly, and enoying the process(isn't that what life is all about? The process...) I am excited that I have recorded a new version of the "Revelation Song" and also did "My Jesus I Love Thee" as a duet with my great pal, Kim Krenik. So, despite being busy with three kids I am trying to find time to follow my songwriting passion and ministry.
